Turn GitHub Projects into a single story map.
Fervio opens your Projects as a living story map — rearrange issues across journeys, steps and stories, and write every change back to GitHub.
Sign-in opens shortly · Free while in beta · We never read your code
Your issue list is flat. Your product isn't.
“I have 80 open issues and no idea what to build next.”
Solo builders
The map lays your issues along the user's journey, so the next most valuable slice is obvious — and the AI can draft the whole backbone before you write a single issue.
“Our plan lives in Notion, our work lives in GitHub — and they drift apart every week.”
Product-minded teams
Fervio is a view over GitHub itself, not another tool to sync. Planning and delivery share one source of truth, so the roadmap can never go stale.
“Every stakeholder update means screenshots and a slide deck.”
Leads who report up
Send a read-only link instead. It opens without a sign-in and shows the live shape of the plan — releases, progress and all.
Everything the map needs. Nothing it doesn't.
AI drafts the backbone
Starting from an empty Project? Let AI draft the journeys, steps and stories, so you are never facing a blank board.
Drag & drop, written back
Rearrange the map by dragging cards. Every move updates the underlying GitHub issues, milestones and Project fields — no copy-paste, no drift.
Plan releases, not just a list
Slice the map into releases and sprints, straight from your milestones — so “what ships next” is always in view. Export to Markdown or CSV anytime.
Share without a sign-in
Send a read-only link that opens instantly, even for people outside your organization. Your GitHub token never leaves Fervio.
Your code and your data stay yours.
Your code is never read
The OAuth scope covers Projects and issues only. Fervio has no access to repository contents — by design, not by promise.
Your token never reaches the browser
Access tokens live in a server-side session behind an HttpOnly cookie. Every GitHub request is proxied — nothing sensitive ships to the client.
We store almost nothing
Fervio keeps only your card layout and space membership. Issue data is read live from GitHub on every visit — we keep no copy of it, unless you explicitly publish a share snapshot.
No trackers, no third parties
A strict Content-Security-Policy blocks every external call. No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no data leaving the page.
Simple, flat pricing. Priced per account, not per seat.
Invite your whole team without counting seats. Full pricing lands with the public beta — free while in beta.
Questions
- Does Fervio read my code?
- No. Fervio only touches your Projects, issues and milestones. It never accesses your repository source.
- Do the people I share with need a GitHub account?
- No. Read-only share links open without any sign-in, so you can send a map to anyone.
- Which GitHub Projects are supported?
- Both personal and organization Projects (v2). Fervio asks for organization access only when you open an organization Project.
- What happens to my Project if I stop using Fervio?
- Nothing. Fervio writes plain issues, milestones and Project fields — everything stays valid GitHub data you can keep using without us.
